Why this work is personal

I REMEMBER WHAT IT TOOK TO BE SEEN.

My mother worked relentlessly to make sure I had what I needed to get recruited, during a time when families had far fewer resources and far less access to information.

I know how much a family can invest—time, trust, travel, and emotion—while still wondering whether the interest is real or what should happen next. I want to help players understand the game, build the habits that coaches respect, and give families an honest place to turn.

This is not about selling a dream. It is about teaching the player, supporting the parent, and doing the work the right way.

PASSING ON
THE KNOWLEDGE

A firsthand look at Caj speaking with young athletes—the kind of direct conversation and lived perspective behind his recruiting-consultation work.

How Caj can help

MORE THAN
RECRUITING.

The goal is a better football player, a more informed family, and a clearer path forward—on film, in the classroom, and throughout the recruiting process.

01

Film study + football IQ

Position-specific teaching that helps a player understand what happened, why it happened, and what to recognize faster the next time.

02

Recruiting strategy

An honest review of film, player profile, school fit, coach communication, camp choices, and the actions that deserve attention now.

03

Player + parent guidance

A clear place for families to ask questions, read school interest realistically, and make decisions with more confidence and less guesswork.

04

Development partnership

Ongoing film work, regular check-ins, academic accountability, weekly training standards, and recruiting guidance for players ready to be coached consistently.

05

NIL readiness

Practical education around personal brand, opportunity readiness, and the questions a family should ask before taking an NIL conversation further.

06

Selective on-field training

Limited in-person work that carries film-room lessons onto the field through position-specific technique, movement, and football decision-making.

Ways to work together

START WHERE
THE NEED IS.

The Player Development Partnership

SUPPORT COMES
WITH A STANDARD.

The monthly partnership is not access for access’s sake. It is a coachable relationship for players who are prepared to follow through.

01

Academics first

Maintain a 3.0 GPA or follow an agreed academic improvement plan, with a parent or guardian included in grade check-ins.

02

Do the weekly work

Complete the agreed strength, mobility, position, and film assignments between sessions. Progress requires evidence, not intentions.

03

Communicate like a recruit

Be on time, respond, ask questions, tell the truth, and treat parents, coaches, teammates, and staff with respect.

04

Advocacy is earned

Caj may share film or make an appropriate introduction when the player’s preparation, academics, character, and fit support it. Access is never purchased or promised.

What advocacy means here

When the film, academics, effort, character, and school fit line up, Caj may make an appropriate introduction or share an honest evaluation within his network. That judgment cannot be bought. The work earns the conversation.

How to begin

THREE STEPS.
NO GUESSING.

Every engagement starts with the player’s real situation and ends with specific work to complete.

01

Tell me where you are

Share the player’s position, class year, goals, current GPA, film, and the biggest question facing the family.

02

Choose the right starting point

Begin with film study, a recruiting strategy session, the monthly partnership, or a selective on-field session.

03

Work the plan

Leave with clear priorities, complete the assignments, communicate consistently, and build progress that can be seen on film and in daily habits.

Questions families should ask

STRAIGHT
ANSWERS.

Do you guarantee offers, scholarships, or coach introductions?

No. The work is designed to improve preparation, decision-making, film understanding, and recruiting readiness. Introductions may happen when they are appropriate and earned, but no offer, scholarship, roster spot, admission decision, or introduction is guaranteed.

Are you acting as the player’s agent or manager?

No. The Player Development Partnership is coaching and advisory support. It is not athlete-agent representation, legal advice, financial advice, admissions counseling, or a substitute for a school compliance office.

Can you help with NIL?

Caj can help a player think through personal brand, opportunity readiness, and the questions to ask. Contract negotiation, deal representation, tax advice, and eligibility decisions should involve the appropriate licensed professionals and the athlete’s school compliance office.

How are parents involved?

For minors, a parent or legal guardian participates in onboarding, approves the engagement, and remains included in scheduling and important communication. The goal is to support the player and the family together.

Who is the best fit?

The service is built for serious high school and college football players who welcome direct feedback, will complete the work between sessions, and understand that development and recruiting both require consistency.

Where is in-person training available?

In-person sessions are offered selectively in Metro Detroit. Travel outside the local area, facility rental, and team or small-group sessions are quoted separately.

Player + parent intake

TELL CAJ
WHERE YOU ARE.
