Early service model
Caj and his mother developed the Community Service Initiative while he was in high school, pairing youth sports organizations with nonprofits such as Habitat for Humanity. Teams contributed practical service in exchange for support like transportation and meals.
Detroit youth work
Mayor Mary Sheffield, Councilmember Scott Benson, and the Detroit City Council presented Caj with Spirit of Detroit recognition for outreach spanning youth development through enterprise. The work brought young people closer to technology, gaming, creative careers, and the people building the future of sports.

A future initiative envisioned to connect athlete transition, youth development, NIL education, technology, entrepreneurship, culinary pathways, and national partners. The organization and launch plan remain in development.
